Opening in 2023, our Hotel offers a sparkling new facility with top-quality products to enhance your stay. Though all our rooms are unique, they all boast the most comfortable mattresses, top-of-the-line bedding, and organic cosmetics. All room offer generous closet space, a work area for our business guests and digital nomads.
Classic Twin Room
Our Classic Twin Rooms with rooms ranging from 21.5 to 23 m². You will find that the classic twins are well laid out and very functional. Our Classic Doubles are our smallest rooms ranging from 21.5 to 23 sq. m. You will find that the classic doubles are well laid out and very functional. Premium Classic Double
Our Premium Classic Doubles 22.5 - 23.25 m² offer a small terrace for taking in some fresh air or a sea view while maintaining all of the amenities of our Classic Doubles. In addition, all Premium Doubles are equipped with King-sized beds.

Deluxe Room
Ranging between 24 and 28 m², these Rooms feature a Sofa/Pull-out bed (140 x 190 cm) for one additional guest in addition to a King-sized bed. The larger 28 sq m room provides one sea-view terrace. The 24 m² Rooms offer two balconies (one with a sea view & the other overlooking the red rooftops of Arbanasi), allowing you to soak in the beautiful views while you finish that novel or chill with a glass of bubbly.

Maris Suite
Maris Suite is located on the 3rd floor and has tremendous views of Zadar and the Velebit mountain range. A true two-room suite, Maris offers a Living Room with a pull-out couch (140 x 190 cm) and a Bedroom with a King-sized Bed. The Maris can accommodate up to 3 guests.

Jadera Suite
Jadera is a true two-room suite consisting of over 36 m². In addition to the Bedroom, there is a Living Room with a pull-out couch (160 x 190 cm). Located on the 1st level, Jadera offers an additional powder room and a large private terrace (17.51 m²). The 3rd-floor city-view suite provides tremendous views of Zadar and the Velebit mountain range behind it. These Suites can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Adria Suite
Adria is a true two-room suite consisting of over 36 m². In addition to the Bedroom, there is a Living Room with a pull-out couch (160 x 190 cm). On the 2nd floor, Adria offers an additional powder room and a large private terrace (17.51 m²) with lounge chairs for two and a bistro table (a perfect place to enjoy Room Service.) The 2nd-floor city-view suite provides tremendous views of Zadar and the Velebit mountain range behind it. Adria can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Miramare Suite
